From my perspective, probably the most difficult areas of the body to visualize much less construct was the quarter window and rear brake air inlets. Shown in the following photos is the progress about half way through the fabrication from the outside (the air inlet duct can be clearly seen surrounded by the three temporary cleco fasteners.) The other photo shows the rear brake air ducting from the inside of the car (the rectangular box running from the three clecos in the center of the photo to the lower center of the photo.)
Although not completely finished, the following photo shows more progress in this area with the installation of the interior panel that directs the air from the exterior into the triangular shaped duct inlet. Air will be directed into this aluminum with the addition of Plexiglas scoops on the exterior of the car.
